It's been a great experience. Before them we worked with two other direct mail providers, they charged more and as they were much larger we're not helpful if there was an issue or something custom needed to be done. Amazing time saver!! Overall: I haven't been signed up long, but their team spent their time with me to set up everything. This stuff was all new to me, but they took their time to explain it to me. We have been using this app for about 2 months now and we are so so pleased. Originally we introduced it in order to have all of our gift messages automatically printed for us (so nice not having to hand write them!) and now not only are we using it for that purpose, it has also allowed us to roll out a new customer retention scheme. This app is great, we introduced it before xmas which is our busiest period. During set up we had so much assistance and communication. We are in SYD and they are located in UK so we were a bit worried about the time difference but it always worked out and time was surprisingly never an issue. Using this platform during xmas allowed us to take a task which normally takes up a lot of time and turn it into a completely automated process, which was amazing!

We use Scribeless for lead generation and have seen a massive lift in our top of funnel leads generated. The notes look great, the platform is easy to use and most importantly, we have seen a strong ROI. Couldn’t recommend any more! The notes actually look like handwriting - when we requested samples, we didn't thing they would look any good (but were curious) but they massively exceeded our expectations! On top of that, we saw a good ROI on our outreach, so meets our main requirement!
